Central YMCA Dojo provides two classes each Wednesday. The first from 16:30-17:30 is for children, aged 5-12. The second is Kempo Fitness, a new split class format. Come along for the first hour for an exciting Kempo based cardio workout and self defence course, or stay the whole two hours for a full Shorinji Kempo class.
